Talk to a real person
about what’s going on.
You don’t need the right words, a diagnosis, or a plan. Get in touch and we’ll take it from there. There’s no obligation to book anything, we’ll just help you decide if we’re the right service.
- Book a free intro call
- Usually a same-day reply
- No obligation
Say hello
We’d love to hear from you.
Contact us whichever way suits you: our Head of Counselling will get back in touch as soon as she can.

Hi, I’m Helen.
Our Head of Counselling reads every message that comes in.
That’s right: a real phone, and a real person to talk to. We’ll listen to what’s going on, talk it through with you, and be honest about whether we’re the right people to help. There’s no pressure to book anything, so don’t worry.
Prefer not to type?
- Call us020 4652 5755Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. You’ll speak to our Head of Counselling. If she’s in a counselling session, leave a message and she’ll ring you back.

Send a message
This only takes a minute. Keep it short if you like, just a quick sentence about why you're getting in touch.
What happens after you send it
- It lands with a person, not a queueNo bots, no ticket number. Helen reads it herself.
- We reply, usually the same working dayAlways within 24 hours. If you left a number and you’d rather talk, we’ll call instead.
- Then a free 15-minute chat, if you want oneNo pressure to book anything afterwards. We’ll say so if we’re not the right fit.
If you need someone right now
We’re not an emergency service, and we usually reply within a working day. If waiting until then feels like too long, these are free, open all night, and answered by people.
No obligation
Still not sure?
That’s completely normal.
You don’t need to know what’s wrong, what to call it, or whether it’s “bad enough”. Say hello and we’ll work out the next step together, or tell you honestly if we’re not the right people.
Or send a message if talking feels like a lot today.
