Tina helps create a safe, non-judgemental space where young people can talk openly, build confidence & develop the tools to manage difficult emotions, feel understood & supported.
Tina specialises in supporting children, teens, and adolescents, particularly neurodivergent young people, including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences. Her person-centred, trauma-informed approach recognises each young person’s individual needs, strengths, communication style, and neurotype.
With experience in school, CAMH's referrals and online settings, Tina provides a safe, supportive space for young people to explore their thoughts and emotions. She has experience supporting anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, social challenges, school transitions, and diagnosis journeys.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys hikes, cooking, music and playing padel.
Tina uses person-centred, solution-focused, psychodynamic and trauma-informed CBT approaches. Sessions are adapted to each young person’s needs, age, communication style and what feels comfortable for them. Person-centred work offers a safe space to talk and feel heard. Solution-focused work explores strengths and small steps forward. Psychodynamic work can help make sense of feelings and patterns, while trauma-informed CBT supports understanding thoughts, feelings and behaviours and developing coping strategies.

Psychodynamic
