Anneleyce is a warm, down-to-earth, and experienced counsellor specialising in supporting teenagers and young adults, and has worked online and with university students.
Anneleyce is an experienced counsellor with a background of working with young people in a variety of settings. She specialises in working with teenagers and young adults and has experience supporting them through life transitions, stress, education, friendships and navigating this stage of life. She is described as warm, relatable, authentic and down-to-earth. She supports young people with things such as anxiety, stress and low self-esteem. Outside of counselling, she enjoys being active, spending time with her dogs, being outdoors and listening to music.
Anneleyce brings a warm, collaborative approach to counselling. She believes connection is at the heart of counselling and values creating a space where young people can talk openly, be themselves and have a laugh. She tailors her approach to each person. Sessions may be structured, exploring unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs about themselves and the world, what keeps anxiety going and ways to cope with emotions or stress. Other times, sessions may look like chatting through life changes, friendships or whatever is important. Sessions are client-led at a pace that feels right to them.
